3. Audience Notice
*October 24, 2025 is designated as Professional Audience Day, which is only open to professionals in the pet industry, media, and invited VIPs. Prior registration with professional audiences is required to enter;
*October 25-26, 2025 is Public Audience Day, which can be visited during this period by Upet official ticketing and third-party cooperative platform ticketing;
*All the public visitors of Upet Favorite Life Expo 2025 need to buy tickets online in real name in advance. On the day of visit, they need to swipe their ID cards and cooperate with relevant requirements to enter in an orderly manner. If they do not buy tickets in advance, they need to buy tickets on site before entering the exhibition (the ticket sales are limited to a maximum, and the tickets will be sold out immediately. If they are sold out before, please pay attention to the notice of buying tickets on the official account of Upet Favorite Life Expo). One ticket can only be registered for one person. Children less than 1.2 meters tall are free of charge. If they are taller, they need to buy tickets in real name (with ID number). Minors under 16 years of age need to be accompanied by adults to enter the exhibition;
*All ticket types have a daily limit until sold out;
*All ticket types can only be visited once per person per day during the exhibition period.
*All ticket types are limited to personal admission and tour, and transfer is invalid.
*Viewers are not allowed to bring pets.
*The 2025 Upet Pet Life Exhibition will strictly adopt an ID/passport recognition system. Except for force majeure factors, all tickets are non refundable, non transferable, and registered tickets will not be refunded. Each ticket is for one person. Please bring your corresponding identification documents (ID card/passport/Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permit, etc.) when visiting the exhibition to ensure your right to enter the exhibition.
*Please purchase tickets from the official and cooperative channels of the 2025 Upet Pet Life Exhibition. We will crack down on illegal activities such as reselling and hoarding tickets. Any tickets obtained from unofficial channels will be confiscated and not allowed to enter. Serious cases will be reported to the public security organs for handling.
*Viewers who need to apply for an invoice, please fill in the invoice information in the ticketing system to apply for an invoice.
